- The payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these general rental conditions.
- The balance of the rent must be paid on the day of arrival in the flat.
- An inventory of the premises will be made in the presence of the owner (or his representative) and the tenant at the beginning and at the end of the stay.
- Any loss or damage caused by the tenant will be compensated to the owner.
- The Tenant undertakes to leave the property as clean as he/she found it on arrival, in which case the cleaning cheque will be returned.
- In case of early interruption of the stay by the tenant, no refund will be made, the totality of the stay being due to the owner. If the Tenant delays his arrival, he must inform the owner and pay the balance of the rental for the date of the beginning of the rental initially planned on the contract.
- In the case of a last minute rental, the tenant must pay the total amount of the rental when ordering.
- The rental may not be used by third parties, except with the prior written agreement of the owner.
- The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the purpose of the premises (holiday accommodation).
- Heating and electricity are included in the rental price.
Specific cases:
- If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated on the contract and without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to refuse these additional tenants or to charge a surcharge.
- If the future tenant intends to reserve the property for a group, and not a family, he must specify this very clearly to the owner when placing the order.
- Any tenant accompanied by an animal must have indicated and described it clearly at the time of booking.
Internet Connexion :
Internet access via WIFI offered free of charge, intended for personal and leisure use, with no guarantee of functioning and not intended for professional use.
For your information: in 2018, the building’s Internet connection was upgraded to VDSL2, which provides a very satisfactory speed of around 13 Mbit/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream – This speed is indicative, and for wired connections – the speed via WIFI depends on numerous physical hazards that are more or less controllable (distance from the transmitters, obstacles, interference, etc.) – The three flats are equipped with a network of several high-performance WIFI antennas installed in 2020. However, to avoid the potential hazards of WIFI, on request, it is possible to have a connection to the router by Ethernet for a computer (via BPL).
Cancellation policy :
All cancellations must be notified by email or registered letter or delivered by hand:
a) Cancellation before the start of the stay :
- In case of confinement related to COVID-19, the deposit is returned in full if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the date of arrival.
- In all other cases, the deposit will only be returned to the tenant if the property can be re-let for the same period and at the same price, after deduction of the handling fee of 25 €.
b) If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the present contract:
- The present contract becomes null and void.
The deposit remains with the owner who can dispose of his furnished accommodation.
In the event of cancellation of the rental by the owner, the latter shall pay the tenant double the amount of the deposit received, except in cases of force majeure and COVID-19.
In the absence of an agreement between the parties, the courts of the place where the rented furnished accommodation is located shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Description of the flat called “Les Géraniums”
The 90 m2 furnished apartment is part of an old renovated Savoyard house located at the top of the Mollard hamlet (commune of Aillon le vieux).
The exposure offers a large view on the Margeriaz of Aillon.
This furnished house can accommodate 8 to 10 people, consists of an entrance veranda of three M2, a kitchen / dining room, opening on a closed garden with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue; half landing, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an additional toilet room with washing machine, and two bedrooms upstairs; a spiral staircase gives access to an attic room under the roof with shower.
The kitchen / dining room
The kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen with a gas/electric hob, a fridge/freezer, a standard size electric oven, a single sink, crockery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, microwave oven, raclette machine, pressure cooker, television, three-seater sofa, armchair, benches and table.
The Bedrooms
- The first bedroom has a double bed, two single beds and two chairs.
- The second bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, a double armchair, a single armchair, a small coffee table, a fireplace with a closed insert.

The 60 M2 furnished apartment is part of a renovated old Savoyard house located at the top of the hamlet of Mollard (commune of Aillon le vieux). The exposure offers a large view on the Colombier d’Aillon (2000m).
This furnished apartment can accommodate 5 people (6 on request). It is composed:
- On the ground floor: An entrance veranda of 5 m2, a kitchen / dining room of 24 m2 opening onto a garden, itself equipped with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. A bathroom with shower and WC.
- On the first floor there are two bedrooms with sloping ceilings.
The kitchen / dining room
Equipped with a four-burner hob, a fridge, an electric oven, a double sink, crockery and kitchen utensils, electric coffee machine, raclette machine, pressure cooker, television, three-seater sofa bed, two armchairs, chairs, benches and table.
A washing machine in a common room with another flat is available.
